Acquiring, building & managing real estate on behalf of ODU. Established in 1995, the Old à£à£Ö±²¥Ðã University Real Estate Foundation has been developing much of the area in Monarch Way.

Works collaboratively with campus departments and the vendor community to ensure strategic sourcing, contract management, and efficient procurement processes.
