About OSRI

At its best, OSRI is the beating heart of our research community—proactive, visible, and trusted. We are more than just a resource; we are a catalyst—an advocate for our faculty, a champion for innovation, and a convener of connections that span disciplines, departments, and communities.

We thrive when we get out of the office and into the conversations—hosting workshops, attending meetings, and setting up collaborations that build momentum. We listen intently, weaving a web of relationships and gathering insights that keep us in tune with what’s happening on campus and beyond. We don’t just connect the dots—we see the bigger picture and work to elevate the whole, helping faculty find the right opportunities and fostering an environment where they can lead and thrive.
