To foster campus interculturalization through initiatives that integrate intercultural learning experiences, embrace local and global perspectives, and strengthen students' sense of belonging, well-being, engagement, and success.

Campus interculturalization refers to the process of promoting meaningful interaction and exchange within the campus community. It promotes understanding by considering both local and global perspectives and contexts, facilitating a collaborative environment that emphasizes shared learning and mutual respect.

Mission

To empower students to navigate an interconnected world by fostering belonging, cultural well-being, and community through collaboration, cultural engagement, and experiential learning opportunities. Guided by its four pillars—learning, engagement, well-being, and belonging—OIR strengthens student experiences and supports the university’s core values of accessibility, collaboration, excellence, global engagement, inclusion, innovation, and respect.
