Dr. Sikdar is an Associate Professor of Data Science and Computational Statistics. Her research focuses on the development and analysis of statistical and machine learning methods for high-dimensional -omics data. She is particularly interested in addressing the methodological and computational challenges that arise in the analysis of complex biological datasets, with applications in genomics, epigenetics, genetics, transcriptomics, and other areas of systems biology.
