To get remote help:
- Contact the IT Help Desk at itshelp@odu.edu or 757-683-3192.
- If we can solve your issue remotely, we’ll send you a support key that you can use at odu.edu/technology-services/software/logmein-resolve.
- We will take control of your device and solve the issue as quickly as possible.
- If you're on a Mac, you'll notice some additional pop-ups that you'll need to accept. Here's what you can expect in full detail.
