And thanks to a new version of LogMeIn, we can establish a remote connection to your ODU-managed device with just a couple of clicks and get you back up and running.

To get remote help:

  1. Contact the IT Help Desk at itshelp@odu.edu or 757-683-3192.
  2. If we can solve your issue remotely, we’ll send you a support key that you can use at odu.edu/technology-services/software/logmein-resolve.
  3. We will take control of your device and solve the issue as quickly as possible.
  4. If you're on a Mac, you'll notice some additional pop-ups that you'll need to accept. Here's what you can expect in full detail.
