Each year, the Office of Intercultural Relations (OIR) partners with academic departments, administrative offices, student organizations, and other campus groups to coordinate cultural and heritage-themed programming across campus.
We’re excited to share this year’s calendar and invite you to get involved—by hosting a program or collaborating with us to offer cultural learning experiences and engagement opportunities within the campus community.
Below is a list of the initial theme months that OIR typically coordinates.
Hispanic Heritage Month: September 15 - October 15 - Program Submission Fall 2025

Native American Heritage Month: November - Program Submission Fall 2025
International Education Week: November 17 - 21 - Program Submission Fall 2025
Black History Month: February - Program Submission Spring 2026
Most importantly, we recognize that there are many other meaningful observances and events your office may lead—and we’d love to support or collaborate with you on those as well. We welcome your input and would love to learn more about what you’re planning or hoping to highlight. We’re always open to finding ways to work together.
