Single Session (individual)

  • Warm-up mobility / activation / corrective exercises

  • Strength exercises, technical execution and monitored progressive overload

  • Additional speed and power work if sport demands

  • Additional energy system work if sport or athlete's needs demands

  • Individual: £45
